Are there better programs to download for FREE than these: AVG, Spybot, RegScrubXP?

I'd like to know if there are better FREE programs that I can download than the following:

AVG (Antivirus)

Spybot (Antispyware)

RegScrubXP (Registry Scrub)

If there are, please explain why it's better, and provide links.

avast is pretty good to and so is adaware ... the registry cleaners u dont need imo and are asking for problems but thats my opinion ...

SpyBot - fine

Keep them both updated

RegScrub is a piece of crap
